Ingredients
- fluid ounces white rum
- 2 fluid ounces cream of coconut
- ½ cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 2 fluid ounces pineapple juice
- Pineapple wedge, for garnish
- 1 cup ice
Measurement Conversions: 1 fl oz = 1 shot = 30ml
How To Make
- Place white rum, cream of coconut, frozen pineapple chunks, pineapple juice and ice into a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Pour into glasses and garnish with a wedge of pineapple
Notes
- Rum - choose a white rum instead of an aged rum, which has a stronger flavor.
- Cream of Coconut - don’t confuse “cream of coconut” with coconut milk or coconut cream. Coconut cream is unsweetened and very thick, whereas cream of coconut is very sweet and has a syrup-like texture. If you’re stuck, you could substitute cream of coconut with coconut cream sweetened with simple sugar.
